South Australia’s Eyre Highway near Ceduna will be closed until at least 8:30pm tonight after two trucks collided this morning, killing one of the drivers.

The incident happened in South Australia's fae west at 8:30am.

A police spokesperson says traffic is being diverted via Carpenters Corner Road and Denial Bay Road.

The second driver is being treated for shock, a police spokesperson says.

This latest fatality brings South Australia's road toll for the year to 111 compared to 87 at the same time last year.
