Kurt Jasch was one of the young drivers paying tribute to his fallen comrades at this year's Lights on the Hill memorial at Gatton. He drives a 470hp B-Double rated Mack CH2000 with a 13 speed box that you can learn to drive in with Pro Drive.



Twenty-year-old Mathew Cooper is a young driver who drives a Kenworth K100 with a 450 hp Detroit under the bonnet. Mathew was at this year's Lights on the Hill memorial convoy.



The Bandag Bullet, the fastest Kenworth T400 in the world, made its way the Lights on the Hill memorial this year.



Queensland winner of the Young Australian Truck Driver competition, Mack mechanic and driver, Barry Sjerp was driving a 470hp Mack Trident with an18 speed box belonging to Brett Becker from Nambour at this years Lights on the Hill memorial day.

When Scott Armstrong married Sandi Pavlovic at Fingal Head in NSW on March 10 a Kenworth T404ST prime mover was the bridal carriage. The prime mover was kindly supplied by Graham George, GR George Transport in Brisbane, making the celebrations even more memorable.

Peter Robinson aka (Bulit Head) sent us a picture of the 2004 Aerodyne 104 he drives for Scotts of Mount Gambier.
The 2004 model has a Cat C15 with a 18 speed auto shift. It tows 4.6 drop decks running from Millicent to Melbourne on a shuttle to Sydney with toilet paper.
The picture was taken at the depot at Mount Gambier. He says he has been with Scotts nearly 10 years,
and it is great company to work — he reckons he'll be there for another 10.

Joe Vella was on hand at the Penrith Working Truck Show with his Perbilt 379, Joe he turned it from a prime mover into a rigid, hauling pallets for Wester pallets. His Perbilt 379 has a Cummins 444 under the hood.



Gary Richardson showed off his 1960 Mack B-61 Thermodyne. The Thermodyne has an END711 original engine rated at 210 hp.

A Quadraplex 18 speed gearbox with 7.49 differentials and a front axle rated at six tonne.



Dianne and Steve Angove had two of their three trucks displayed at the Penrith Show. Pride of place was the 2006 Kenworth T950, with a 630 hp Cummins signature under the bonnet.



This truck is owned by Steve Thorn of Nelson, NZ (Stephens Trucking Company). It was imported directly to New Zealand from Portland Oregan USA. It is a 2006 Western Star. This photo was taken in Brightwater Nelson NZ for the magazine NZ Trucking. Kerry Pickering is the truck driver truck and has entered in two shows so far — and won both he says. As you can see in the photo the back two fuel tanks on each side have been converted into cover boxes.



Finally upgraded to a comfy truck, Barry haul's general freight out of Brisbane to anywhere they have to go. She has the DDEC4 with 18 speed stick and does the job nicely he says, big change from the Mitsi FP single drive....



Dallas Fabian from Mangrove Mountain NSW is the second owner of a Mack Trident which has done 1,090,000 Kms and still going strong. "No rebuild as yet," he says. The photo was taken at the Central Coast Truck Show in April 2007 and won Rig of the Show.
