Automotive logistics and supply chain management leader CEVA Logistics has been appointed to distribute a new electric car brand into Australia’s market.
CEVA will put its local and interstate car transport skills to the test when it helps distribute the newly launched Geely Auto electric car line-up around the country.
Officially launched in Australia on March 11, Geely Auto’s first models include the all-electric EX5 SUVs that have already started making their way to dealers courtesy of CEVA Logistics.
Geely Auto Australia CEO Li Lei says the partnership with CEVA marks a key milestone in the brand’s commitment to delivering a premium service experience to Australian dealers and customers.
“We are incredibly excited to officially launch Geely Auto in Australia, offering a flexible mobility model that suits the Australian way of life,” he says.
“The world-class logistics support provided by a leading global partner, CEVA Logistics will be integral to our success here. Their experience in managing complex, multi-regional supply chains make them the ideal freight supplier as we introduce our vehicles to Australian dealer networks and customers.
