Daimler Truck’s newest dealership opens its doors

Daimler Truck Australia Pacific has welcomed its newest dealership to the group, officially opening Daimler Trucks Shepparton for business.

The event included an extensive guest list, with the likes of Shepparton mayor Shane Sali, Northern Victoria MP Wendy Lovell and Shepparton MP Kim O’Keeffe, head of Daimler Truck Overseas Andreas von Wallfeld, chief financial officer of Daimler Truck Overseas Pierre Kriek and Daimler Truck Australia Pacific president and CEO Daniel Whitehead all in attendance.

Whitehead congratulated Tristar Truck and Bus head David Warren on the dealership’s opening.

“Dave and the team have really gone above and beyond to create this new Shepparton dealership and expand their legendary service to a new group of customers in a critical hub for Australian trucking,” he says.

“Daimler Trucks Albury was our Daimler Truck Dealer of the Year in 2022 for good reason. It has demonstrated incredible support for its customers day in and day out and we are so pleased that our Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso customers in the greater Shepparton region can now also experience this.”

The dealership opened at the end of February, but has already been offering support to customers since the start of the year.

Warren says that the Daimler customers played a large role in helping to get the new dealership off the ground.

“I’d like to express my sincere appreciation to our customers, who have been so supportive,” he says.

“Our promise to you is simple, we will provide exceptional customer service. But don’t take my word for it, give us the chance to demonstrate what we can achieve together.”

You can find Daimler Trucks Shepparton at 212-216 Numurkah Road, Shepparton VIC, 3630.
