This vacuum lifter is in great working condition.
Designed to handle layers of packaged goods and other products in a warehousing or manufacturing environment. Layer picking cartons, mixed case palletising, down stacking and deconsolidating pallets, the FROGLIFT system eliminates the OH&S risks of traditional manual handling while significantly increasing labour productivity by up to 500%.
It is compatible with most electric counter balance forklifts or reach trucks and can operate anywhere in the warehouse or DC - including chillers and freezers.
The lifting head has been designed to quickly and easily attach to the forklifts tines using standard slippers and lock pins. When the FROGLIFT is not in use the head is simply disconnected to return the forklift to conventional operation.
The FROGLIFT system works using a high efficiency DC electric vacuum generator that delivers suction to the patented FROGLIFT lifting head. This head incorporates a specially designed array of suction cups which can handle a wide range of packaged products and is certified to a safe working load of 250kg.
The forklift simply approaches the loaded pallet placing the lifting head over the top layer of product. Suction is activated with the flick of a switch, the tines are raised and the top layer of product is lifted from the stack. The layer can then be moved and placed onto another pallet until the stack is quickly and efficiently reduced or the receiving pallet built to the desired height.
