Baker's Western Star does plenty of kilometres in Victoria each week. But still looked great at the 2016 Castlemaine Truck Show
Standing out as Bobbin’s trucks always do was a Western Star driven by Aaron Baker.
Bobbins Transport is based in Pambula in NSW, but Aaron and the Western Star are kept very busy doing deliveries around Melbourne and country Victoria.
“I do local and country Victoria; up to Cobram, Shepparton and Strathmurton and on the weekend I regularly run up to Pambula where it gets serviced,” he says.
“It is doubled-shifted and does change overs every night.
“It works well, we both look after the truck.”
This is the first Western Star that Aaron has driven and he loves the truck. Aaron is a young 24 year-old and began his driving career in heavy haulage.
