Kenworth's new 900 Legend makes a surprise appearance at the 2017 Alexandra Truck, Ute and Rod Show on June 11.

The new 'limited edition' Kenworth Legend 900, fresh from its debut at the 2017 Brisbane Truck Show in May, made a surprise June 11 appearance at the Alexandra Truck, Ute and Rod Show.

Dedicated to long-time Kenworth employee Allan 'Steady' Stead, who passed away earlier this year, the Legend 900 on show at Alexandra is No. 1 in the limited edition series.

Owner//Driver chats to Daniel Crawford, general manager of the Hallam Truck Centre, and Anthony Spence-Fletcher, regional sales manager for Paccar Australia who braved the chilly Victoria winter weather to accompany the truck to Alexandra.

As Daniel and Anthony point out, a limited number of Legend 900s will be available for sale, with orders being taken on one day only - June 26.

The No. 1 Legend 900 on show at Alexandra is rumoured to be heading to a permanent home in the Kenworth Pavilion at the National Road Transport Museum, Alice Springs.
