Australian operator Followmont Transport has revealed it has recently welcomed 10 new refrigerated trailer sets into its fleet as it continues expanding.

The 10 brand new sets have been built by Maxi-CUBE and supplied through Trailer Sales.

Made up of six 12-pallet A-trailers and four 22-pallet B-trailers, the units are purpose-built for Followont’s growing cold chain operations.

They have been configured for BAB, ABB-Quad, B-triple, road train and B-double combinations and are set to support everything from general freight to chilled and frozen goods across the east coast, as well as in the northern Territory.

“Operating under PBS and CML, these trailers offer improved payloads, lighter tare weights, and enhanced fuel efficiency — all contributing to better service for our customers,” Followmont says in a social media post.
