CEVA Logistics signs deal with Spotlight to manage all inbound international freight and domestic delivery to 88 Australian stores
CEVA Logistics continues to expand its reach, signing a deal with fabric, craft and home interior retailer Spotlight to manage all inbound international freight and domestic delivery to 88 stores in Australia.
The deal adds to CEVA’s contract list, which includes Caltex, Foodworks and Readers Digest, and CEVA Chief Executive Mark Goddard expects the Spotlight agreement to last for a long time to come.
“I am confident that CEVA’s flexible and responsive service will exceed our requirements and that we can grow this new relationship,” Goddard says.
The contract will involve CEVA managing Spotlight’s “Christmas 09” program from China, which involves products being picked, packed and delivered directly to store via CEVA’s International Logistic Solution program.
