NSW truck dealership Midcoast Trucks wins award for business of the year

Truck dealership Midcoast Trucks has been recognised at the Motor Traders Association’s (MTA) awards night, taking home the NSW Commercial Dealer of the Year gong.
The Macksville-based Midcoast Trucks, which specialises in Isuzu vehicles, beat five other companies vying for the prize at the ceremony late last month.
Canberra Truck Align, EGR Trailers and Streamline Truck Bodies were all in the running for the award.
The dealership began operating in 1991 and also has a base in Port Macquarie.
“An annual event, the MTA Awards acknowledge motor traders who stand out from the crowd in numerous ways including commitment to quality, dealings with customers, efficiency and the way they generally carry out business,” a statement from the MTA says.
It says 21 awards were handed out to nominees, including categories for New Car and Used Car Dealer of the Year, Apprentice of the Year and Metro and Country Dealers of the Year.
“This was a fantastic event and MTA congratulate all finalists and winners from the evening,” the group says.
