November 22, 2011

The South Eastern Freeway at Nairn in South Australia is blocked for city-bound traffic due to a truck rollover.

A semi-trailer carrying a load of chickens has rolled and is blocking city-bound lanes about two kilometres east of Mt Barker, close to Bald Hills Road.

Diversions will be in place while the truck is unloaded and then moved.

Traffic is being diverted to the Old Princes Highway at Nairne and can return to the freeway at Mr Barker.

Heavy trucks are being stopped at the scene or diverted via Strathalbyn.
