Victoria Police appeals for witnesses after the theft of an excavator and a trailer from a business this week

Victoria Police is appealing for witnesses after the theft of an excavator and a trailer from a Glen Iris business in Melbourne on Tuesday morning.
The 1.5 tonne excavator was taken after a utility rammed the rear gate of the Paran Place storage facility abut 6.15am.
The offenders then attached the trailer containing the excavator to a white Toyota Hilux dual-cab and towed it from the property.
It was last seen leaving Paran Place, heading towards High Street.
The Takeuchi excavator is grey/purple and the trailer is gun-metal grey coloured dual-axel, with registration number R12125.
Victoria Police is urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
