Queensland-based trucking operator Followmont Transport is hoping a recruitment day with the promise of a free barbecue will help it bolster its ranks.
The general freight carrier is running a recruitment day on September 8 from 10am to 3pm to sign up truck drivers, forklift drivers and warehouse workers.
Followmont’s operations team will be available for one-on-one chats, while the company will also provide a free sausage sizzle and drinks.
The event will be held at Followmont’s Eagle Farm headquarters. Those interested in attending can click here for more information or contact Followmont on 07 3608 4900.
Founded in 1983, Followmont employs almost 500 people across 14 depots. It runs a fleet of close to 400 vehicles offering line-haul and express services.
