A former truck driver for Lennons Transport Services charged with the manslaughter of three people is back in custody after breaching his bail conditions.

Vincent Samuel George, who was charged earlier this year after a fatal accident on the Hume Highway at Menangle, did not report to police as required.

The 34-year-old appeared at Campbelltown Local Court in New South Wales yesterday, with matters adjourned until December 17.

Police earlier this year charged George with multiple offences, including attempting to self-administer a prohibited drug and driving while under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, after his truck crossed to the wrong side of the road and collided with a car on January 24.

All three people in the car died.
