Transport operators in Western Australia who rely on traffic escort services must lodge a Traffic Escort Agreements form by this Friday.
Main Roads Western Australia is asking all new clients to submit the form to enable an ongoing contract.
Specified Journey Permit applications that are incomplete or submitted on the old form will also be returned to the operator for submission on the new form.
