Managing Director participates in this year's World's Greatest Shave, raising $4,000 for the Leukaemia Foundation

The boss of Wales Truck Repairs has taken part in this year’s World’s Greatest Shave, raising $4,000 in the process to support the work of the Leukaemia Foundation.
Managing Director Darren Wales went under the clippers during this year’s event, which was held between March 14 and 17.
He raised $3,091 personally and then managed to bump the total up to $4,000 when colleagues and friends chipped in extra cash.
“My kids prompted me for the challenge and being such a great cause I could not refuse,” Wales says.
He used his experience to urge the whole trucking industry to get behind the Leukaemia Foundation and all charities alike.
“We are heavily involved in many charities and would urge the transport industry to support where possible,” Wales says.
