RMS alleges work diary breaches against McCabe Transport

McCabe Transport has denied allegations it breached fatigue management laws.

The New South Wales road authority is investigating McCabe Transport for alleged work diary breaches.

The Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) issued the NSW-based trucking firm with 235 fatigue related charges last week.

The RMS says the charges relate to breaches of driver fatigue work diary laws discovered during a routine investigation held over several of months.

The charges will be heard in Wollongong Local Court on March 18.

A McCabe Transport spokesman denied the allegations when contacted by the ATN today.

The spokesman declined to comment further.
