Transjobs.com.au: Back in the driver’s seat

Relaunched jobs site is the one-stop portal for employers and job seekers in the transport industry.

Specialised transport and logistics jobs hub Transjobs.com.au has been relaunched with the backing of Australia’s leading transport industry media brands.

In a return to its roots, the new Transjobs.com.au website — featuring improved design and functionality — is solely and wholly focused on transport and logistics industry jobs.

Critically for employers, jobs listings are now syndicated across OwnerDriver.com.au, TradeTrucks.com.au and ATN’s Fullyloaded.com.au — delivering an unrivalled reach of a combined 122,898 unique visitors a month (as at March 2015).

Featured jobs will also be included in Transjobs.com.au’s new weely e-newsletter, which will be sent direct into the inboxes of 35,000 subscribers every week; as well as ATN’s daily eDM (5,000 send per day); and Owner//Driver’s soon-to-be-launched weekly eDM.

Supporting this significantly enhanced digital presence will be Australia’s leading transport and logistics print titles, Owner//Driver and ATN, which will feature dedicated jobs sections focused on driver and management positions respectively.

With a combined audited circulation of almost 50,000 a month (CAB September 2014), Transjobs.com.au’s monthly reach will be extended to more than 200,000 transport industry professionals.

Graham Gardiner, Bauer Trader Media’s general manager, transport, machinery and marine, says Transjobs.com.au will deliver unrivalled national reach for employers seeking skilled candidates in the transport and logistics industry, in print and online.

“Through our market leading suites of magazines, websites and eDMs we live and breathe the industry we represent, and our success is due to strong mutual support and the relationships we have built through delivering highly relevant, engaging and trusted content,” he says.

“Through Transjobs.com.au’s print and digital platforms, employers will be able to effectively reach and get cut through to the right candidate, avoiding the deluge of unqualified applicants common with more generalist sites.

“Additionally, employers will be able to reach candidates that are actively looking for work. The online vetting process means that finding the right person with the right skills for the right job will be a lot easier.

“For job seekers, the efficient and easy-to-use website will help them find the most relevant jobs for their particular skill set, with jobs posted by industry for industry.”

The new Transjobs.com.au website went live on May 14 and is backed by an extensive advertising campaign across print, web, e-mail and social media.
