Andrew Hadjikakou to lead Paccar Australia as Mike Dozier departs

Paccar’s Australia division has a new managing director at the helm.

Paccar Australia’s director of sales and marketing Andrew Hadjikakou has been appointed the group’s managing director to replace outgoing boss Mike Dozier.

Paccar has announced Dozier is leaving Australia to take on the role of vice president and general manager of Kenworth in the US.

Dozier spent three years at the helm of Paccar Australia, and the company says he has been responsible for positioning it as a market leader in the heavy duty segment.

“His leadership has enhanced Paccar Australia’s standing as a world-class manufacturer, with the highest reputation for quality, world’s best products, customer service, and industry leading dealer network throughout Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea,” a statement from Paccar says.

Hadjikakou moves into the role of managing director after eight years leading sales and marketing.

Paccar says Hadjikakou is well known and respected in the industry and understands the needs of Australia’s trucking industry.

“He will lead Paccar Australia’s ongoing development of new products and services that will exceed the expectations of its growing and dynamic markets,” Paccar says.
