Authorities undertake heavy vehicle compliance operation after crash
NSW Police reports more than 20 defects have been issued after the Traffic Task Force inspected a number of trucks following a truck rollover outside the M5 in Sydney’s south west.
The operation followed truck rollover while turning into the entry of the M5 tunnel in Arncliffe just before 1am on Friday 19 July 2019.
On Wednesday July 24, officers from the Traffic and Highway Patrol Command’s Traffic Task Force and Roads and Maritime Services inspectors conducted a compliance audit of 21 trucks and trailers belonging to a waste removal company in Maraylya at the Wetherill Park Heavy Vehicle Inspection Station.
