Fuso FK6, FM6 and FN6 models affected
Daimler has recalled 165 Fuso trucks due to a software issue where the rear stop lamps may not operate as intended which the government recall website says could result in road users being unable to identify when the vehicle is braking.
If road users are unable to identify that the vehicle is braking, it could increase the risk of an accident causing serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users.
Owners of affected vehicle can contact their authorised Daimler Commercial Vehicle Dealership as soon as possible to have the work carried out, free of charge.
