Kenworth has announced a recall on a key model in its truck fleet that sees 341 vehicles impacted.
A manufacturing defect has led to Kenworth Various models from 2019 to 2025 to be recalled.
Due to a manufacturing issue, the fitting connecting the delivery hoses to the lift axle spring brake may not have been tightened to the sufficient torque, meaning they could become loose.

This could potentially lead to a sudden unintended brake application and stop while driving.
Kenworth says all owners of the 341 affected vehicles will be contacted and asked to book an appointment with a preferred Kenworth dealership to have the work carried out free of charge.
