MegaTrans 2026 sells out 80 per cent of the show floor

Spots are quickly filling up as the wider supply chain and freight sector prepares for the latest instalment of MegaTrans
MEGATRANS2024

MegaTrans, Australia’s leading transport, logistics and supply chain exhibition and conference, has experienced a surge in exhibitor demand ahead of its 2026 event, with 80 per cent of the show floor now officially sold.

The strong uptake highlights continued momentum across the sector, with companies moving early to secure space at the only event connecting every link in the supply chain.

The response reflects both the continued strength of face-to-face engagement and the growing importance of in-person connection across transport, logistics and infrastructure supply chains.

MegaTrans brings together operators, manufacturers, technology providers and industry leaders across the entire supply chain, alongside a broad conference program focused on innovation, productivity and sustainability.

With most of the exhibition space now committed, attention is turning to the remaining allocation, which is expected to sell quickly in the lead up to the event.

Prime Creative Media head of marketing – events Molly Hancock says the level of demand has been one of the strongest they have seen at this stage of planning.

“There has been a really clear appetite from industry to be part of MegaTrans 2026,” Hancock says.

“Exhibitors are locking in early because they want to be visible where decisions are being made and where the whole supply chain comes together.”

The Operator Hub, presented by Geotab, has also experienced great demand from some of Australia’s leading transport operators. Companies such as Amazon, UPS, DP World, Maersk, Cold Xpress, Centurion, Wettenhalls, Hi-Trans Express, SGS Logistics, Aramaex, TFM Express, FBT Transport and Norman Carriers will all be represented on the show floor.

MegaTrans 2026 will take place on September 16-17 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

The remaining floor space is now limited, with organisers encouraging interested companies to secure their position as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
