New players enter the Australian truck and van market

Jameel Motors and Geely Farizon have signed a new deal to launch commercial vehicles into Australia

A new agreement between Jameel Motors and Geely Farizon Auto will see the Chinese new energy commercial vehicle company distribute its range of trucks and vans into Australia.

The distribution agreement will see Jameel Motors launch Geely Farizon’s all electric SV cargo van and H9E 4.5T and 8T truck models in Australia.

Both models are set to be available to buy in Australia in the first half of this year.

The agreement aligns with Jameel Motors’ dedication to driving the transformation of the mobility sector. As part of major international collaborations across several markets, this deal sees Jameel Motors expand its green mobility solutions to Australia.

Geely Farizon will use the deal to launch its full range of new energy products into Australia, including heavy trucks, light trucks, micro trucks, light commercial vehicles and buses.
