The deadline to provide feedback on proposed reviews to Performance Based Standards (PBS) has been extended by the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).
The regulator approved a request by Heavy Vehicle Industry Australia (HVIA) to extend the feedback deadline on its paper for the Phase 4 PBS standards review of the High-Speed and Stability Standard under PBS.
The extension means the consultation period is now open until February 23, 2026 after it was originally slated to close by early January.
