Recognising the need to help their customers streamline work, Mercedes-Benz Vans is introducing a new engine filter kit to reduce the hassle of buying multiple parts for regular servicing.
Vince King, CV Sales and Marketing General Manager, says the new kit makes part buying more convenient for customers by offering a one box, one part number solution to scheduled servicing.
“Whether it’s a fleet manager managing their own workshop, a service manager looking for better efficiencies or a customer purchasing parts retail over the counter, this new filter kit is all about convenience,” King says.
With the kit including air, oil and fuel filters, it allows van operators to purchase their complete engine filter requirements in one box, with just one order and one basket of parts, all with a 12 month factory guarantee.
King says the new program was building on other efforts by Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific to create efficiencies for van customers, such as the Safeguard maintenance and repair program.
