Long warranty the next step for long-term supplier of landing leg drives

After 14 years of supplying Australian-designed and manufactured landing leg drives to transport operators, Razor International is taking another big step, with an extended warranty.
Now covered for five years, the Razor landing leg drive makes coupling and uncoupling trailers quick and easy, as well as safer for drivers, with the whole operation handled by an electric drive motor.
With Razor products distributed by landing leg specialist Jost, the extended warranty also matches the Jost warranty, giving operators full coverage.
“We are basically through the development stage of the product and now want to make a lasting statement to the market,” Razor International general manager Paul Roche says.
The electronic drive is the safest, most trouble-free way to separate and connect the semi-trailer from a prime mover, using an independent power supply the electronic motor-driven unit raises and lowers landing legs with the simple touch of a button, Roche says.
