To celebrate its new and improved location in the Brisbane suburb of Geebung, aftermarket truck and trailer parts specialist Truckline will be holding an open day at the branch on Saturday, July 21.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet Truckline Racing’s Ryan Hansford and see the Truckline V8 Ute off the track and in store.

Ryan is the son of the late Gregg Hansford, who was considered one of the best motorcycle riders in the world.

Ryan finished last year’s V8 Ute series as ‘rookie of the year’ and is currently sitting in 12th position for the 2012 V8 Ute championships.

Ryan hopes to follow in his father’s footsteps and claim a Bathurst win. He will get that chance again this year during round five of the V8 Ute series at Mt Panorama in October.

"Guests are welcome to grab an autograph, photo and speak to Ryan from 8am to 2pm at the open day," says Truckline Branch Manager Kris Ziepes.

In addition to the appearance of the V8 ute at
428 Bilsen Rd, Geebung, Truckline says it will have a free sausage sizzle for all guests, lucky door prize giveaways and super ‘one day only’ specials from leading suppliers.
