To enhance Brown and Hurley’s comprehensive training program, the group has recently opened a purpose built training facility next to their dealership at Yatala in south-east Queensland.

The training facility houses Cummins engines, including the latest EGR Cummins Signature, plus a Paccar MX engine, Eaton transmission, rear axles (including SISU axles).

Training is also carried out on Eaton automation, air systems, steering, electrical diagnostics and DAF componentry.

Brown
and Hurley says the new training facility investment is a further commitment to its long term philosophy of putting profits back into their business to offer their customers a higher level of service.

Brown and Hurley currently has 57 apprentices and trained over 300 technicians in 2012.

The new specially designed training facility is expected to
enable Brown and Hurley
to offer extra training courses in 2013.
