A Winter and Taylor Isuzu specailist dealership has opened in Geelong.
After seven months of construction, Winter and Taylor has held a grand opening of its new Isuzu dealership in Geelong. The new facility is located in the suburb of Corio on a site previously occupied by a Bunnings Warehouse.
“With three major employers closing in the region over the next year or two, it’s very positive that Winter and Taylor is experiencing steady growth and opening up a facility that is in a high profile location in the town,” Winter and Taylor sales manager Graeme Ruby says.
Approximately 150 people attended the grand opening, and they were greeted with live music, a tour of the facility, and speeches from government, business and community representatives.
“The size of the new space has allowed us to integrate everything – sales, service and parts. This is already helping business efficiency both for us and our customers as we can now do all our work in the one location and we’re not spending time running vehicles around,” Ruby adds.
Winter and Taylor was founded in 1908, and has been dealing Isuzu trucks since 1973.
