Macnaught to make a splash at Brisbane Truck Show

Fluid transfer specialists Macnaught will be making its debut at the 2017 Brisbane Truck Show

 

For the first time, Macnaught will be displaying its range of fluid transfer, hose reels and lubrication products at the Brisbane Truck Show.

On the stand will be a range of new products which McNaught says reflects the engineering prowess that has, for almost 70 years, become a hallmark of the Macnaught brand.

The display will also give visitors a glimpse over the horizon at future product developments in fluid transfer equipment.

Products being showcased include the supercharged Powergun (PG450), which is said to be a durable high performance cordless grease gun designed and built for the toughest environments, now with a 3.0Ah battery for longer runtime.

The Powergun is reported to offer superior performance and now can pump up to 12 cartridges from a single battery charge.  It can utilize either bulk fill or cartridge operation. A built in LED lamp also shines some light on to hard to access greasing points. The Powergun is powered by an 18 volt Li-ion battery pack that includes a fast charger with a full charging time of 90mins.

To complement the Powergun, Macnaught will be also be displaying its new EZ- Easy Release Coupler.

The company says the coupler is the perfect companion for all its grease equipment and can handle pressures of up to 8,000psi.

The coupler features a trigger design which McNaught says has been tested to ensure it performs even under high pressure situations to aid releasing even the most stubborn of blocked greasing points. The EZ coupler also incorporates Supergrip technology that ensures leak free operation to reduce mess and wastage when on the job.

A range of transportable poly diesel tanks will also be at the Macnaught stand. These Australian-made tanks are available in sizes ranging from 100 litres to 1000 litres.

Kits are supplied complete with a 12-volt superior quality pump for versatile portable refueling. Also included in the tank line up is a 200 litre portable Adblue tank kit to keep modern engines on the job for longer.

Retail sales will also be available at the Macnaught stand, number 43 in the Great Hall.

“If you can carry it you can take it with you,” Sharman says.
