Isuzu Trucks unveils new Abcor bullbar range

The two-piece units were first shown to the public at the 2017 Brisbane Truck Show

Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) has launched a new range of high-tech truck bullbars in a joint effort with Melbourne-based automotive component maker Abcor.

Isuzu says the new five-year deal is the largest supply contract for truck bullbars in Australia, and a result of years of planning and testing.

“IAL and Isuzu Motors Limited (Japan) worked closely with Abcor to ensure the integrity of the product design, manufacture, safety and performance in the development of the approved, genuine Isuzu accessory,” Isuzu Australia states.

The two-piece Isuzu units were first shown to the public at the 2017 Brisbane Truck Show.

IAL director and COO Phil Taylor says Abcor is at the forefront of aluminium product manufacturing, and their bullbars perfectly suited Isuzu’s requirements.

“Abcor’s commitment to excellence, among other criteria, has been a standout attribute since the start of the process,” Taylor says.

“The bullbars meet our exacting standards, and both comply with and complement the various cab designs, resulting in its endorsement as a genuine part from Isuzu Japan.”

The new bullbars are featured on the Ready to Work N Series Tradepack models and are available from Isuzu dealers across the country.
