Decade of Dennis Eagles in ABS connector recall

Possible brake performance loss can increase safety risk

Penske Australia is recalling nearly 1,000 Dennis Eagle Elite 2 trucks as the ABS connectors to the rear brake valves may have been incorrectly fitted.

The defect will lead to a reduction in brake performance.

“A reduction in braking performance could increase the risk of an accident and injury or death to vehicle occupants or other road users,” the recall notice reads.
