Daimler Truck Australia Pacific has released a recall for more than 7,000 trucks spanning over two popular Fuso models.
The recall involves 7,224 units of Fuso’s Fighter and Heavy models ranging from 2017 to 2023.
A manufacturing defect means the turn signal indicator lamps may not operate as intended when the levers on the combination switch is activated, with the instrument cluster indicator lamps also potentially not illuminating.
This could lead to road users not being able to identify if the vehicle is turning, causing a safety hazard.
