Transport Women Australia Limited (TWAL) has announced the appointment of a new director.
JATEC Transport general manager Caitlin Barlow has been revealed as the new director of the group, bringing extensive experience across transport, logistics and supply chain operations to the role.
Having grown up around trucks in her family’s transport business, Barlow developed an early appreciation for the industry’s people, culture and community. After building her career across a range of industries, she eventually returned to transport.

“Recognised as an Emerging Leader by Road Freight NSW and a Diversity Champion by the Australian Trucking Association, Caitlin continues to work closely with industry bodies to drive meaningful change,” TWAL says.
“She’s also deeply connected to the frontline workforce, holding a heavy combination licence and championing initiatives that support those who keep our industry moving.
“We’re thrilled to have Caitlin’s insight, energy and leadership on the TWAL Board as we continue to advocate for a more inclusive transport industry.”
